Catalonia.health operates through its Board of directors, executive team and Internal Committees: active participation spaces made up of executives, entrepreneurs and specialists from the association's member companies and knowledge organisations.
The committees are far more than advisory bodies. They are where the people leading the sector share experiences, identify real needs and co-create the initiatives that the association then drives collectively. Governance that is built from within, by those who best understand the competitive challenges of the health business landscape.
The Internal Talent Committee is a space for co-creation with members. It is a space for active participation and debate to share experiences and knowledge, to promote key aspects and generate content in the field of talent, and to foster the importance of talent culture in the health sector.
The Catalonia.health talent committee aims to promote various activities designed to address areas where there are gaps or needs in terms of talent retention. For this reason, it seeks to understand the realities of the association and promote activities and initiatives that respond to them.
In this context, the group has taken the initiative to generate information, training and positioning activities related to issues surrounding this key aspect for companies in the sector. The activities focus on topics such as attracting talent (the territorial factor, according to the business sub-sector, international talent, senior talent, junior talent), team building and mixing profiles, training needs and managing relatively new situations, such as teleworking. Through the work of the committee, the active participation of the association's members in this area is increased, fostering synergies within the community itself, while promoting the establishment of collaborations and alliances with other similar organisations, opinion leaders and influential actors in the field of employment.
