Catalonia.health is a cluster representing companies and institutions across the entire health and life sciences value chain in Catalonia.
Since 2006, Catalonia.health has brought together the companies and knowledge organisations leading health innovation in Catalonia. Today, more than 230 organisations (hospitals and associated research centres, universities, biopharma startups, medtech companies and spin-offs, digital health companies, investors and major Catalan pharmaceutical companies) are part of a community with a shared goal: making health innovation accessible to more people and putting Catalonia on the international map.
Our ambition is to grow, strengthen connections across the ecosystem and multiply the value we generate for our members. We do this through a strategic plan built on three pillars:

One of our key strengths is our cross-sector reach: we represent the entire health value chain, from early-stage startups to major pharmaceutical companies, including service firms, investors, research centres and hospitals. A diversity that generates real synergies and opportunities hard to find anywhere else.
Accredited as a cluster by the Catalunya Clústers programme (ACCIÓ) and as an Innovative Business Grouping by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, Catalonia.health is a member of the Alianza de Clústeres Españoles de Salud y Biociencias (ACESABIO), the European Health Connected Alliance (ECHAlliance) and the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP).
