CATALONIA.HEALTH organizes the second CEO Council session in 2025, with Fina Lladós as the special guest. Fina Lladós has been the general director of Amgen Iberia since September 2017. She has a degree in Pharmacy and has completed a postgraduate degree in Medicine and an Executive Development Program at IESE. Lladós has developed her entire professional career in the pharmaceutical industry. After working at Roche and Sanofi-Aventis, she joined Amgen, a biotechnology company where she has been for the last 25 years. Lladós initially joined the Research and Development department, and subsequently went on to medical and commercial functions, both in Spain and in the European center of the company in Switzerland.

In addition to her position as general manager for Spain and Portugal, she has also been president of Pharmaindustria since October 2024. Fina represents Amgen on the Board of Directors of several organizations, such as AmCham and ASEBIO, and of trustees such as Biocat. In addition, she is an individual member of the board of the Barcelona Science Park.

What are CEO Councils?  

CEO Councils are small group talks with members of the boards of directors of start-ups and companies from CATALONIA.HEALTH, where a prestigious expert or business or political leader is invited to share experiences and strategic perspectives for companies.  

These sessions were first held in 2017, when Catalonia already had a consolidated business community and an ever-growing network of entrepreneurs in the life sciences and health.In addition to presenting topics of interest, CEO Councils also help strengthen the relationships of this invaluable group for the ecosystem.
