CATALONIA.HEALTH is organising the fourth CEO Council session of the year, with Josep Maria Argimon as a special guest. Argimon is director of scientific infrastructures at the BarcelonaBeta Brain Research Center (BBRC) and will focus the CEO Council’s conversation on public-private collaboration opportunities for improving market access and adoption of innovation in good health system planning. 

Josep Maria Argimon holds a degree and a PhD in Medicine from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), and a master’s degree in Evidence-Based Care (Oxford University). He was Director of the Agency for Quality and Health Assessment (AQuAS) between 2012 and 2016, Director of the Catalan Institute of Health between 2018 and 2021 and Catalan Minister of Health between May 2021 and October 2022. He is currently Director of Scientific Infrastructures at the BBRC (BarcelonaBeta Brain Research Center).

What are CEO Councils?  

CEO Councils are small group talks with members of the boards of directors of start-ups and companies from CATALONIA.HEALTH, where a prestigious expert or business or political leader is invited to share experiences and strategic perspectives for companies.
