Beyond specific activities, Catalonia.health offers specific training programmes for associated companies and institutions. The aim of these initiatives is to condense knowledge and skills into short training programmes to improve competitiveness within the sector. The programmes are designed ad hoc by Catalonia.health, either exclusively or in collaboration with external agents.
Catalonia.health promoted three editions of the BIOMED ScaleUP program, with the collaboration of Lead To Change (LTC) and the support of ACCIO, to help companies in the biomedicine and health sector in Catalonia grow solidly.
The first edition of the Catalonia.health BIOMED ScaleUP programme, in 2021, was attended by a selection of 10 companies, from among the more than 25 who applied to join. It is worth adding the 10 companies that can participate in the second edition. The representatives of the companies, mainly CEOs and business development managers, valued the excellent quality and usefulness of BIOMED ScaleUP to develop the growth project of their company, regardless of where it is.
The third edition of the BIOMED ScaleUP took place on March 2023.
