Becoming a B Corp company is much more than achieving a certification. It is a demanding process that involves strategic review, cultural change, internal alignment and decision making that impacts the entire business.
As part of the Lessons Learned sessions by Catalonia.health, we are opening a new session aimed at professionals in the health sector who want to know, first-hand, what the path to B Corp certification really entails.
In this session, promoted by the Internal Committee of Shared Value and within the IMPULS program, several B Corp companies in the sector, members of the Internal Committee, will share their experience with the certification process: why they decided to take the step, what challenges they faced, how they managed the internal change and what learnings they extract today from the journey.
An open conversation focused on the real experience of each organization, designed to bring judgment, realism and value to those companies that are considering starting - or have already started - this path.
