CATALONIA.HEALTH, in collaboration with LeanBox, organises an online informative session on operational flexibility.

The aim of this session is to explore how operational flexibility can become a key tool to reduce deadlines in the pharmaceutical industry, breaking with the traditional approach based on more machinery, faster. The session will include real application cases and innovative strategies in both production and laboratories.

Some content addressed during the webinar will be:

  • Current problems in the sector: deadlines and shortages
  • Value chain and lead time in production and laboratories
  • Reflection on the traditional strategy of reduction of deadlines; proposals for operational flexibility applied to manufacturing and laboratories
  • Practical cases and formulation of an innovative strategy.
