The fifth BioComunica Congress of the Biotechnology Communicators Association (Comunica Biotec) will be held on October 28  in Madrid, aimed at all communicators in biotechnology and health industries.

The event will be presented by Roi Villar, chairman at Comunica Biotec, and Jaime del Barrio, senior advisor at EY.

This year’s programme offers debates and round tables on new formats in communication, biotechnology and ethics in the face of the new scientific challenges, biotechnology, politics and institutional relations, among others.

The preliminary results of the survey on communication and biotechnology in Spain will also be presented with Javier Granda from the Spanish Association of Health Informer (ANIS), Elena Lázaro of the Spanish Association of Scientific Communication (AECC) and Mª García of the Association of Journalists of Environmental Information (APIA).
