ACCIÓ and IESE are kicking off a series of five workshops on strategy, focusing on cases of Catalan companies that have successfully pivoted their strategy. The first is Avinent, a medical subsidiary of the Vilardell Purtí group that after starting off in dental surgery more than a decade ago and is now consolidating a third line of business making personalised maxillofacial prostheses for hospitals and 3-D printing. 

The session will feature Albert Giralt, CEO of Avinent and member of the managing commission for CataloniaBio & HealthTech, and professor José Luis Nueno.
