The association of companies CataloniaBio and Biocat organise the Lessons Learned entitled Convergence between Pharma and MedTech will be held on 29th November at the Barcelona Science Park (PCB).
Based on the recent history of the biopharmaceutical industry and its pipeline, can we say it is capable of providing innovative and effective solutions to the most common conditions on its own? The immediate future probably lies in blurring the lines between the development of drugs and medical devices. In this session, companies will share their experience with this convergence of the worlds of biopharmaceuticals and medical devices, a global trend that has already reached our ecosystem in Catalonia.
With the collaboration of PCB, Health Tech Cluster and ACCIÓ.
The sessions Lessons Learned are a knowledge and networking forum geared towards professionals from companies in the life sciences arena. They aim to allow participants to share their experience and reflections in various strategic areas of knowledge and the skills needed to boost competitiveness in biotechnology companies. Between 2014 and 2016, Lessons Learned have attracted more than 600 participants in a total of 15 sessions.
