At its Annual Meeting, Genesis Biomed, a company that has recently become a member of CataloniaBio, will officially present to the biomedical sector its new Genesis Ventures fund to invest in early-stage projects.

Genesis Biomed was established in 2017 in order to help entrepreneurs, start-ups and research centres in the biomedical sector.

The Meeting is geared towards researchers, entrepreneurs, investors, technology transfer offices and research centres. The programme includes two panel discussions moderated by investors featuring CEOs from benchmark companies in the biomedical sector, mainly CataloniaBio members.

The event aims to share current trends and future perspectives in entrepreneurialism and technology transfer, as well as sharing successful case studies in this arena. Additionally, it hopes to identify and foster opportunities for collaboration among all the system’s stakeholders.
