The most impactful health innovation starts with a simple question: what do healthcare professionals and patients actually need? The Hospital Connection sessions, organised by the Catalonia.health Innovation Working Group, are the space where industry and hospitals sit at the same table to find the answer.

In a sector in constant transformation, bringing industry closer to hospitals is not optional: it is a prerequisite for developing products and services that address real, unmet medical needs.

What happens at each session?

Hospital professionals share first-hand the needs they identify in their day-to-day work: with patients, in emergency situations, in clinical management. From PPE to artificial intelligence, clinical data management software, apps and much more. Alongside this, Catalonia's leading hospitals present their models for industry collaboration and their clinical development pipelines.

The outcome: real connections between those who develop solutions and those who need them.
