Are you thinking of expanding your team? Would you be interested in hiring people under 30 or with a PhD degree? CataloniaBio & HealthTech, with the support of ACCIÓ and in collaboration with Barcelona Activa is organizing an online seminar to learn more about the Crea Feina 2024 programme. 

The Ajuntament de Barcelona, through Barcelona Activa, is launching the Crea Feina 2024 grants to promote quality recruitment and strategic sectors in the city. This year, in the current edition, aid is being introduced for the recruitment of people with doctoral degrees. Companies with workplaces in the Barcelona Metropolitan Area can access grants of up to €15,000 for the recruitment of PhD graduates registered in the city of Barcelona. 

The programme also offers grants of up to €8,000 for each new contract for unemployed young people under the age of 30 who are registered in the city of Barcelona. 

The webinar will be given by Barcelona Activa, whose mission is to promote quality employment, entrepreneurship, business competitiveness and diversification of the productive fabric, in order to achieve a sustainable, inclusive and fair economic model. 

Pilar Serra is a technician at the Talent Management Service, a free service for companies in Barcelona and AMB that want to incorporate talent through internship agreements for university profiles, or through recruitment, while offering advice on the incorporation of diversity in the company, recruitment grants, types of contracts, etc. Within the service, she is the person of reference for advising companies and organisations on recruitment grants and has been involved for more than 10 years in the grants managed directly by Barcelona Activa.
