CATALONIA.HEALTH organises the fifth and final CEO Council session of the year, with the participation of Elisabeth Stampa, president of the Board of Directors of Medichem SA and president of the board of trustees Medicines for Europe, as a special guest.  

Elisabeth Stampa has a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona and a Master in Business Management from ESADE Business & Law School. After starting her career at Laboratorios Esteve and having been the CEO of the family company Combino Pharm and after Medichem SA. She is currently President of the Board of Directors of Medichem and President of Medicines for Europe, which represents in Brussels the pharmaceutical industry of generic, biosimilial and with added value throughout Europe. In addition, he is a member of the Business Board of the Chemical Institute of Sarrià (IQS).

What are CEO Councils?  

CEO Councils are small group talks with members of the boards of directors of start-ups and companies from CATALONIA.HEALTH, where a prestigious expert or business or political leader is invited to share experiences and strategic perspectives for companies.  

These sessions were first held in 2017, when Catalonia already had a consolidated business community and an ever-growing network of entrepreneurs in the life sciences and health.In addition to presenting topics of interest, CEO Councils also help strengthen the relationships of this invaluable group for the ecosystem.
