CONNECTA Therapeutics has closed a €3.1 million round led by new investor Clave Capital, with support from existing backers Inveready, CDTI Innvierte, and Prous Institute for Biomedical Research. The funds will complete the ongoing Phase IIa trial of CTH120 in Fragile X syndrome, with preliminary results expected in mid-2027.

Minoryx Therapeutics, a member of Catalonia.health, and the Neuraxpharm Group have announced the completion of recruitment for the global Phase 3 CALYX clinical trial, which is evaluating leriglitazone (NEZGLYAL®) in adult male patients with cerebral adrenoleukodystrophy (cALD), a rare neurodegenerative disease with no approved pharmacological treatment options.
