The CataloniaBio & HealthTech General Assembly approves the 2023 Action Plan and renews some of the Board positions

CataloniaBio & HealthTech held the Ordinary General Assembly on 14 February at the Barcelona Athenaeum, at a meeting of the Board, the executive team and almost 140 members to discuss and approve the 2023 Action Plan and the Management Report and 2022 Accounts. The admission of 21 new members was also approved, who had the opportunity to introduce themselves to the auditorium.

Joan Puig (President), Mariona Serra (Treasurer) and Javier Selva (CEO of the Association) spoke on behalf of the Board. An explanation of the new strategic initiatives promoted the previous year and the proposals and lines of action foreseen for 2023, both new ones and those to be consolidated, was given to the members.

The President also confirmed the ratification by the members of the changes in the members and positions of the Board of Directors. In this respect, Marta Palicio (Werfen) was appointed Board Member and Nuria Pastos (HumanITcare) was appointed Second Vice-President and Secretary, Begoña Benito replaced Joan Comella as Board Member representing Vall d’Hebron, and Daniel González (Trifermed) and Pau Turón (B. Braun), were both appointed Board Members.
