Onalabs Inno-Hub, a biotech startup dedicated to the development of non-invasive medical and sports devices for monitoring biochemical parameters, has hired Rat Gasol as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Awarded in 2022 by the Barcelona Health Hub as "The Most Influential Person in Digital Health", Gasol is a professional with extensive experience in the health sector, in different entities such as Grupo Quirónsalud, Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, the centre for the treatment of eating disorders Eática, among others. She was also General Manager of the equity crowdfunding platform specialised in biomedicine, Capital Cell, as well as carrying out an important communication and consultancy role for emerging entrepreneurship.

Gasol's priorities include the professionalisation of the company in the areas of labour relations, processes, and certifications, among others. She will also oversee the company's communication, investor relations, and will actively participate in the definition and execution of the commercial strategy.
