Catalonia and Castilla-La Mancha are the autonomous communities that benefited most from the total number of grants proposed, including two CataloniaBio & HealthTech companies: Leanbio, Medichem and Reig Jofre.

The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism has provisionally selected 18 projects for the call for strategic grants for the industrial transition of the pharmaceutical and health products sector, with a total of 15.6 million euros in aid. The call is aimed at the industrial sector, within the framework of the PERTE de Salud de Vanguardia, forming part of the Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia financed by European funds.

With the announcement of these provisional proposals, the processing of these grants continues, and the deadline for possible applications is now open.
