Guillermo Ricarte, new CEO of the Ship2B Foundation

Carla Archs,

The Ship2B Foundationmember of CataloniaBio & Healthtech, announces that its CEO and co-founder Clara Navarro will step aside for a new stage in her career, handing over the reins of the executive leadership to Guillermo Ricarte, who brings extensive experience in leading organizations.

In recent years, Ricarte has served as the director of the Creafutur Foundation, dedicated to innovation through trend analysis, and most recently as the CEO of Linkia FP, a leading institution in online and face-to-face Vocational Training in Spain. Furthermore, he has been involved with the Ship2B Foundation since its inception as a member of the advisory board.

This transition represents a strategic change that will enable the Foundation to seize new opportunities and perspectives. Ship2B's co-founder will now remain connected to the Foundation at a strategic level, contributing her valuable knowledge and experience to continue driving its mission, just as Maite Fibla and Xavier Pont have been doing for some years now, taking the step to promote and consolidate the impact investment manager Ship2B Ventures.

Thus, the Ship2B Foundation reaffirms its commitment to building a sustainable and equitable future by promoting projects and ventures with a positive impact, keeping alive the flame ignited by its founders, even if they are no longer present on a day-to-day basis.

"We thank all our collaborators, entrepreneurs, partners, and sponsors for their continued support. Together, we will continue working to drive positive change and build a more sustainable world through Impact Economy," they value from the foundation.
