What should we focus on when looking for talent for our startups? CataloniaBio & HealthTech is organising an online seminar to find out from experts in talent recruitment in the sector what the key aspects of this common challenge are.
Startups in the life sciences sector require very different talent for their development, depending, for example, on whether they are biotech or medical device companies, the type of product, technology or service they develop, their level of maturity, etc. Another key factor is its funding, which determines the number of personnel required for its development. During this session, we will cover the key factors in the search for the necessary talent in the different types of companies.
The webinar will be given by Ignacio Odriozola, founding partner of LIM Global Consulting. Since 2000, the company has been dedicated to talent sourcing for the life sciences sector; it carries out talent sourcing from CEO to qualified middle management. A substantial part of its clients are startups and VCs, both national and international.
Odriozola started his career in the sector at Biokit, when the company was a startup, and progressed to the Werfen group, where he became VP of Global Operations in the Instrumentation Laboratory. Subsequently, he was director of various business units at Palex.
