After last year's 4 Years From Now (4YFN) was cancelled due to COVID-19, the most influential startup event in the world is back from 28 June to 1 July 2021 in Barcelona. 

For the first time, 4YFN is moving to the heart of Mobile World Congress at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, maximising interaction among startups, investors and international technology companies.

BioRegion of Catalonia pavilion

Given the health sector's growing interest and potential, the exhibition will have a Digital Health Hub. This space will include a pavilion for the BioRegion of Catalonia promoted jointly by CataloniaBio & HealthTech, ACCIÓ (Startup Catalonia), Barcelona Tech City and Biocat. 27 companies and entities are expected to attend:
